Hi there, my name is Christine Tunda, and I’ve been managing projects and virtual teams for over 10 years.

I’m currently a Director at Wazi Digital, where I lead Project and Program Management teams in delivering complex initiatives for our clients.

Previously, I was a manager at Deloitte East Africa, where I analyzed failing projects for leading companies and provided actionable solutions to turn them around.

I also worked as a research assistant at the University of Nairobi, studying challenges and best practices in managing virtual teams.

I’m the author of four bestselling books on team management, including *Influencing Virtual Teams*, *Don’t Reply All*, *Project Kickoff*, and *Effective Delegation of Authority*. I also hold the PMP, CSM, and ITIL certifications.
