Stephen’s journey in technology began in 2010 when he embarked on a career as a System Engineer specializing in Unix and Linux environments. Over the years, he has brought his expertise to renowned Kenyan and regional organizations, including Safaricom, Nation Media Group, and Kenya Airways, as well as consulting for tech startups and established companies across Africa.
Stephen’s technical experience spans across multiple Linux distributions, such as CentOS, Ubuntu, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Fedora. He has also explored Unix-based operating systems like FreeBSD, HP-UX, and Solaris, enhancing his skill set through diverse projects and environments.
With a deep passion for mentoring, Stephen dedicates his time to teaching and empowering others to unlock the potential of Linux systems. His ability to simplify complex topics has made him a sought-after trainer and consultant in the field.
